Who Hurt You?
The answer to that question is where your healing begins.
You've done the work. You've read the books, tried the therapy, built the self-awareness and still, something keeps pulling you back: the same reactions, the same patterns, the same pain wearing a different face. That's not a failure of will, but a sign that the source has never been found.
Dr. Robert Bleck has spent decades helping people trace what's happening in their lives today back to where it actually started. When you find the source, everything begins to change.

“True healing begins when we confront the source.”
— Dr. Robert T. Bleck

Meet Dr. Bleck
His method wasn't built in a classroom. It was built from survival.
Robert Bleck grew up in a home where pain was a daily reality. Beaten, degraded, and emotionally harmed throughout his childhood, he not only endured it, but studied it. By the time he was nine years old, he was already trying to understand why people hurt those they were supposed to love. That question never left him. It drove him to earn his PhD in counseling from the University of Florida and spend the next several decades working with individuals carrying wounds they couldn't name and reactions they couldn't explain.
How Source Completion Therapy Works
The three phases of Source Completion Therapy (SCT) are designed to cleanse and heal from emotional wounds permanently, moving beyond symptom management to root-cause resolution.
1. Awareness
Explore, examine, and become aware of the main source of dysfunctional behavior through body awareness and dream interpretation.
2. Release
Re-experience events and trauma in a safe way, using visualization and self-hypnosis.
3. Completion
The purging process completes. Learn to directly and effectively confront those responsible for pain in present interactions.
